1. General Return Policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
- Returns or exchanges due to size issues, change of mind, or personal preference are not accepted. We recommend referring to our size guide before placing an order.
- Orders placed under promotional offers, such as Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) or other offers including free products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- The return process applies only to items with valid manufacturing defects, subject to approval based on the guidelines mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ A clear video proof of the defect or damage must be provided at the time of raising the return request.
✅ The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
✅ All original tags, invoices, and labels must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Items purchased during seasonal sales, clearance sales, or promotional offers.
❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
❌ Products damaged due to improper handling, incorrect washing, or external factors.
3. Return Process
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Raise a Return Request
- Email us at connect@thefabclothing.in with the following details:
- Order Number
- Clear Video Evidence of the defect or damage
- Reason for Return
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and notify you if it qualifies for a return.
Step 2: Return Approval & Pickup
- If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup through one of our shipping partners:
- India Post
- Shiprocket
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- Other reliable Indian logistics partners
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse. In such cases, we may reimburse the shipping charges as store credit, subject to verification.
Step 3: Quality Check & Approval
- Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- If the product meets our return eligibility criteria, we will proceed with a refund or exchange as per your preference.
- If the product fails the quality check, it will be sent back to you, and return shipping charges will be applicable.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only for eligible returned items. The refund options available are:
✅ Store Credit:
- Refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a discount code, which can be used for future purchases.
- This credit cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
✅ Partial Refunds & Deductions:
- A handling fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted from the refund for returned shipments.
🚫 No Cash Refunds:
- We do not offer cash refunds to the original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or personal preferences.
- In case of a defective product, an exchange for the same product will be provided, subject to availability.
- If the product is unavailable, we will offer store credit for future use.
6. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately for dispatch.
- In rare cases, if cancellation is required due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at connect@thefabclothing.in within 1 hour of placing the order.
- If the order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If a product is approved for return due to a manufacturing defect, return shipping charges will be covered by us.
- If you are self-shipping the return, we may provide a shipping reimbursement as store credit, subject to verification.
- If a return is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, the item will be sent back to the customer, and return shipping charges will be applicable.
8. Delivery Issues & Shipping Partner Responsibility
- We work with trusted shipping partners, including India Post, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and others.
- While we ensure timely shipping, The Fab Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners due to reasons such as:
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or unforeseen disruptions
- Customs or regulatory issues
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, you must contact the courier service directly to resolve the issue.
9. Liability & Disclaimer
- The Fab Clothing is not liable for third-party logistics issues, such as delayed delivery, lost packages, or courier mishandling.
- We are only responsible for manufacturing defects and not damages caused by external factors.
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes related to returns or refunds will be resolved in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, as per Indian laws.
