At The Fab Clothing, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines important details about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and associated costs. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment but will be introduced soon. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order placement.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another email when it has been shipped, including a tracking link.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Express Delivery (when available): 2 to 3 business days after dispatch (charges may apply).
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier service availability, and external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays.
Note: While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on location, distance, shipment type, and specific requirements.
Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link.
You can also track your order by logging into your The Fab Clothing account and visiting the My Orders section.
6. Undelivered or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking link for updates.
If your package is marked “undelivered” or “returned to sender” due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to reattempt delivery. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
The Fab Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier service.
If your package is missing, please check with your local courier service or contact us at connect@thefabclothing.in for assistance.
8. Damaged Shipments
We ensure that all garments go through a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, if your package arrives damaged:
Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly tampered with.
Take photos and contact us immediately with video proof at connect@thefabclothing.in.
We will investigate and offer a resolution based on our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Change of Address After Placing an Order
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
10. Cancellation Due to Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to delivery restrictions in certain areas or unforeseen shipping challenges.
If your order is canceled for such reasons, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
